  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    • Check-in is at 3 pm. 
    • Check-out is at 11 am.

  • Is there self-check in available?

    Yes, all of the houses have self check-in. 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before check-in. Cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in. 

  • Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?

    Early check-in and late check-out are available—schedule your request below.

  • Hot Tub & Pool Info?

    • Pools are not heated.
    • Hot tub use: 4 continuous hours included per night.
    • Heating time: 1 hour in summer, 2 hours in winter (not included in the 4-hour use).
    • Controlled via app (operated by Aviator Lounge). Contact us to schedule by 5 pm.
    • Use allowed between 10 AM - 11 PM.
    • No bubble or jet features.
    • Extra hours: $50/hour. Pay here.

  • Is the property pet friendly?

    Pets are welcome with prior approval, a $250 non-refundable deposit per pet, proof of vaccinations, and pet insurance. Restrictions on number and certain breeds may apply.
